Since 1.4.3 using Rapid fire with the aspect of repeating makes you only shoot 1-3 arrows and sometimes none when using combo points. Easily repeatable if you go to the target dummy and test it.

I hope they fix it soon… 
I am playing in PS5, this bug occurs in PS5 too.
