The Aspect of Endurance has 5 ranks and an effect value range of [2-6]%
I previously had my Aspect of Endurance at Rank 3 and it had an effect value of 4%
I just salvaged/upgraded that to Rank 4 and it still has an effect value of 4%
I think that both Rank 3 and Rank 4 having an effect value of 4% is a bug. I have a screenshot that i can share of the Rank 4/5 showing 4% but I’m afraid I did not capture the 3/5 with 4% screenshot.

Rank 1 should have an effect value of 2% based on the lower limit
Rank 2 should have an effect value of 3%
Rank 3 does have an effect value of 4%
Rank 4 should have an effect value of 5% but it does not, instead erroneously displaying an effect value of 4%
Rank 5 should have an effect value of 6% based on the upper limit
