I have taken two legendary items with maxed Aspect of Conflagration to the blacksmith for destruction to be able to acquire a maxed version of the aspect. For the first one, It raised the level to 13/16 and I thought it was an error. So I tried with a second maxed version and it didn’t raise the level at all. This aspect is essential to my build and I need to figure out how to get this rectified ASAP. Thank you.
