Aspect of Burning Rage good for perma berserk build?

I assume this scales with all damage modifiers. So wouldn’t this be good?

Flat Damage = Trash

You can avoid any Flat Damage.

It’s flat direct damage that doesn’t even proc bleed with 2 hand sword technique. Burning Rage doesn’t have any interaction whatsoever. The only reason I can think of why blizzard even gave this aspect to barbarian is for low level grind. Burning Rage is great for clearing WT1 trash mobs.
