Both Aspect’s have been reenabled are available in the game as of HOTFIX 9 rollout.
Yeah, it’s not working on console.

I Think they are re-enabled, but there is no gurantee that how they work anymore.

It does not work for me either…
I am trying it out on different items… but berserking with a basic attack… still not bleed nothing.
I had a lot built on it (paragon too), now i do around half the dmg … comes handy with all that nerf for barb. They dont need dmg reduction, nor dmg anymore… tho res still dont work, if im right. - At least dont have to waste space with that on items…
Even the barb affix - [7.0 - 14.0]% Damage while Berserking is useless.
