I have been at 12/16 for this aspect and broken down a ton of this aspect. Every time I go to break down an item with this aspect it doesn’t give the icon on the item showing it will increase the aspect. I don’t know if its a bug or what but this needs to be looked into.
You cant salvage any item with the aspect on, the item in question needs to have a higher rolled aspect than what your current codex have.
