I have every single aspect except this one. Apparently the drop rate for this aspect is EXTREMELY low, as I have seen other people experiencing the same issue. Since I’m running a bash barb, this aspect is key for my build. I’m lvl 93 and I haven’t seen a single legendary item with this aspect.
It’s quite obvious that there is a problem with its drop rate.
Can confirm - I’ve been trying to farm it for two days and it’s not dropping. Way too much time and resources to try and get this one aspect.
I hope they fix this, although it doesn’t look like Blizz is aware of this.
I’m having the same issue with worldly fortune as a sorcerer. I have grinded so many helltides and have probably collected over 150,000 cinders and opened so many chests. I have camped the helltide maiden boss and probably killed her maybe 50+ times. I thought it might be the game trying to push me to do other content so I killed each Uber boss maybe 5 times on normal WT4 difficulty. The only thing I can think that might drop it immediately is if I try uber lilith. What’s more infuriating than the low drop rate is that everyone and their mother seems to feel the need to message me (clan mates, friends, randoms in town) letting me know I can add a second temper to two of my items. While I am carrying them and they are standing at the entrance of the dungeon they happen to want to inspect my gear and I always get “You know a big part of power is tempering and you are missing two.” I then try to explain it hasn’t dropped yet and they refute me saying they got all their tempering manuals in the beginning. It’s gotten to the point where I set my profile to private. Realistically over several days, I’ve spent 15 or more hours just grinding the hardest content in helltide. I am level 100, max glyphs, all master working 4+/12 except the two I cannot temper.
Not a single reply from Blizz yet, when this is a blatant and obvious bug.
I am also having this issue. Would be nice to at least get a statement confirming if this is a bug or not.

Also almost level 100. Got every aspect except this one. Hope they fix it fast.
I play a Rogue and dont seem to get it. My friend plays a necromancer and he got it. Maybe its something with the class loottable.
Absolutely can confirm, spent I dont know how many shards on rings (ring drop supused to be higher) and thousands of drops and not 1 adaptability aspect. Just another bug. Bug or goes to show you how the loot tables are manipulated.
I created a new character (Necromancer) and finally the aspect dropped. It seems the the world level affects the drop rate of this aspect, or maybe it’s something related to the selected class (maybe the drop rate is bugged for Barbarians).
So my suggestion is… if you need the aspect, create a new seasonal character.
Did you gamble obols for it or did it just drop normally
