Aspect not working

I am running a druid. I have the aspect that grants +2 rank to earth skills if fortified. I noticed while running aldurwood that even while max fortified, i still had +0 ranks to earth skills. So i ran Earthen Wound, and same result.

Slots: Helm, Chest, Gloves, Boots, Shield, Amulet (+50%)

  • When you have Fortify your Earth Skills gain +2 Ranks.

Unlocked by completing Whispering Pines in Scosglen

I know what the aspect does, i was simply commenting about it not actually working lol
