The damage to poisoned enemies with shadow imbuement showing less damage in the aspect description than the range allowed. The aspect reads: Damagina a Poisoned enemy with Shadow Imbued skill has uo to 75% chance to create a toxic explosion that applies 148 [373-629] Poisoning Damage over 5 seconds to the target and surrounding enemies
I had the same thing with a barrier on elite damage one. I just found a new one and imprinted the better result.
This is a normal occurrence.
The blue damage numbers are the numbers that the aspect itself came with. Which is based on level, item level, and a couple other factors when that item dropped.
The actual range that you see beside it is the max range that will be applied to any new aspect as long as the item meets the level/itemlevel/etc requirements.
I have an aspect that is below the range, and I also have an aspect that is above the range.
It is a terribly confusing system but thats just how it works. Its not bugged. They just decided to make it that way. For whatever reason.

lol, ok i see now thanks. I almost thought there was some kind of bug with the items or something when i noticed it.
its just a really confusing system. especially considering that there is nothing about it in-game. You would think that blizzard would put some kind of info about it somewhere like a tooltip or literally anything.
