As an Agility/Dexterity player spiritborn doesn't feel like it belongs

It honestly feels more like a strength class than a Dexterity one.

So I’m going back to rogue, it just sucks because there’s no way they’re going to give us a 3rd Dexterity class when strength and Willpower still need a 2nd class.

So what is a Dexterity class.

This is what chat gpt gave me as an answer:

A dexterity class is a character class in a game that focuses on the ability to perform difficult actions quickly and skillfully with the hands

difficult actions
skillfully with hands

On the rogue a lot of your abilities require solid micro to line up the enemies and your cc is more intricate and thoughtful.

The spiritborn is lazy ooga booga press Soar, vortex sucks them all up spam ultimate, spam core no thought at all.

I think the biggest crime against it is the way the gorilla/block mechanic/ healing functions on the spiritborn. It allows you to play it like a low intellect i hit you, you die strength class. I no die because i wear metal

the autodash on ever basic ability also makes it feel like I’m not playing a dex class but some barbian psuedo class that’s rage meter is full so I’m losing actual control of my character

as fast and agile as spiritborn is and you say it doesnt feel like a dex class…bad take

Speed isn’t important to Dexterity.

I’d argue the sorcerer/wizard has always been the fastest class due to magic.

Even in world of warcraft for example the mages mobility was leagues above the rogue that simply had sprint on a 5 minute cool down.

Spiritborn feels very monk-like with ninjutsu kind of magic, so dex fits it quite well imo.
For me the way SB is, it’s the most well thought-out class. Many ways to build one and play. 2nd closest would be a rogue.

Just seems you don’t like the SB, which is ok, doesn’t have to go any deeper than that.

Not really though.

It feels like a spirit warrior, just summoning animal on warrior/Berseker attacks

Monks are all about combos, positioning and thoughtful skill rotations. The spiritborn isn’t that.
