I have been running a Heartseeker with arrow storm build and my understanding is that arrow storm procks are a damage over time affect, however in my testing X’Fal’s does not seem to me working with it. Is this because the arrow storm is an effect procked off of hearseeker and not the skill itself?
Arrow storms have no lucky hit.
Rogue + X’Fal’s = Gonna need poison.
Arrow Storms should not be used in a Victmize build, they are only good for leveling.
