Now that the Armory have been fixed (from: Armory Temporarily Disabled - February 4, 2025 - 2.1.1 - #5 by filthierich) I can tell you that there is still an issue. I’ve played a bit first loading a loadout, played 20 minutes, then saved that loadout because I wanted to change but after I saved I could not load my other loadout.

I have the same problem. No load previous configurations without error. Completly broken.
I’ll tell you a scoop, THE COMPANY IN FULL IS BROKEN.
I was finally able to find out how to open a TICKET to track the issue and get a follow up but the staff is totally useless, this is the answer I got:
As much as I would love to personally take care of this for you, please keep in mind that Customer Support has no influence whatsoever in development or game mechanics, the most effective way to make sure your reports reach our developers is by submitting them on our forums, as Customer Support is not in direct communication with any Dev Members
What gives? In 3 different forums, here, bug report and tech support, I’ve posted the same message and nothing is happening, no way to know if they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
I’m totally pissed by how they deal with customers issues. SHAME ON YOU BLIZZARD
