Because anything else will create chaos with the tiny stash that we have.
But more to the point, is this a AAA game or am I missing something? What’s the problem of not doing it like that and on not even expanding the stash? the extra 100kb per character? really?
And if they are going to bring up the game architecture as a reason for not doing this, they’d better go anf hide in their Developer caves…
Great feedback to leave on the PTR forum when the PTR goes live. Or even better using the feedback section in the game on the PTR.
Now I don’t see them making such a drastic change for S7, even though it’s a good month and a half out. However maybe in a future season we’ll see this happening. They still have to fix the storage issues first.

We so heavily need more stash space and blizzard doesn’t care… this is so sad…
YES! More stash tabs please. We now have more classes than we have stash tabs. How is that going to work? Each class has almost enough Uniques to fill a stash tab. Not to mention boss summoning mats, gems etc.
Yeah not to mention that there are enough runes now to take up an entire stash page. Its like they gave us one but then it didnt matter because they also gave us something that fills it completely.
