I used te Armory since day one of season 8. I always switched between my WW EQ Build and my Mighty Throw for Boss killing. Since today i can’t click the “Equip” button because it’s grey on my WW EQ build. I rebuild it, oveerwrite it on the first slot and saved it as a “backup” in the last slot. I switch to my MIghty Throw and again can’t equipt the other Build. because the “equip” button is greyed out again. Even if i have all the gear i just saved there is still in my inventory.

Same Problem with my Barb. EQ Build an Pitpush button is greyed out
The same for WW EQ barb (on PS5).
Same for my sorc. Button for equip is there but wont equip the different builds/equipment.
Man i love patches that “fix” the game…

Same for me. necromancer bone spear / blood surge builds in armory. equip button does nothing for slot 1. slot 2 will equip ok and has message popup saying its equipped, unlike slot 1 equip
