Are ya'll gonna fix Aggressive Resistance? It's not functioning "at all"

You’d think having a skill passive not function at all would be a priority over balance changes for drops and whatnot.

They seriously need to hire like 50 ppl and just have them test things and fix bugs. Thats is all they do. This season is another buggy mess from lilith duping sparks to powers that dont work right to crashes on clicking altars to hex of whispers issue and rumors of mendy ring broken, and on and on it goes. What happened to quality assurance?

I can see how the sparks issue was a priority, or fixing broken quests or events especially related to the Seasonal Content. However, I see them patching minor things besides that and here is an entire SKILL that does not function at all. A kind of important one for a Barb, too.

Does Lucion’s still not work with Third Blade, Encroaching Wrath and Veteran Brawler’s?

Does Rupture still sometimes heal enemies?

Does CoTA still not generate Fury?

Does Mountain’s Fury still not work properly?

Does Conceited work properly with Temerity, Soulbrand, Protectors?

Ya, no bug fixes for the basic combat stuff makes me log off (nerfing Starlight to death also did not help whatsoever here).

Logged off Season 6 when I found out Mjolnic Ryng was bugged by not increasing spirit costs w/ Crown of Lucion; Logged off Season 7 when I tested the Mjolnic Ryng bug and found it was still not fixed.

Don’t forget Moonlight Ward only working with one of the 4 unique witch powers too. Took a lot of time to make that gem just to find out I don’t get anything from it unless I use The Cycle as my unique power.

It’s crazy because they have the money to do this, but profit and stuff.

Same for necromancer Memento Mori passive. The golem sacrifices don’t get additional sac bonuses from the passive for sooo long now.

It’s ridiculous.

What bug is this?
I wanted to try a Cata druid but without abusing the overpower/aspect/snapshotting mechanic.
I don’t want to be disappointed if there is some other bug?

The “unlimited spirit” from Mjolnic is bugging out spirit cost increases, thus I cannot pair it with Crown of Lucion + Wild Impulses to make Pulverize use 95 spirit per cast (only using 35 per use :smiley:); just wanted to try that OP setup with Banished Lord’s Talisman and Waxing Gibbous but. alas, D4 continues to be a bugged mess.

Not really familiar with that combo/setup. I recall the ring supposed to be giving ‘free’ no-cost spirit, but you’re saying skills still cost spirit when Cata is active? Or just your items in specific messing up something?

lol my “fix it” post just got flagged and removed. Fix the aggressive resistance passive. Bugs need to be reminded of when they have not yet been fixed so you do not forget about them. Fix the bugs in your game.

Just more trash from every ones small indie dev team.

So many bugs. So many bugs. Why am I not surprised?

So far, I’ve played the 6 classes this season. For three of these classes, I have two non working class defining Unique or Aspects, and one passive that doesn’t work as it should. With the overall strength of the crazy stupid multipliers we currently have, the Ring of Mendeln not scaling and the Dire Wolf/Grizzly Rage combo not keeping its 75% [ x ] damage increase over the duration just breaks many builds. It doesn’t break them per se, but lower their power ceiling by a lot.

Then there’s the Combustion passive with the Sorcerer which is tied to a stat that no longer exists on anything else than the “Torch” glyph (and even there, Combustion is supposed to work with “Damage to/vs/against burning”, but instead works with “Burning damage” which I think there’s only one source of, with it being Torch.).

It would still be bad coming from a AAA company, but certainly wouldn’t feel as bad as a player to have one non working passive if the multipliers weren’t as high as they currently are.

We’re playing an evergoing beta. When they fix something, they usually break something else.

You think you’ve got it bad? Try rogues. Two of their three ultimates have multiple bugs that cause anywhere from doing 40% down to 10% of the damage they should be doing. The only ultimate working right is the one that has a god awful playstyle due to both its linear deployment and the fact that said deployment happens almost a full second after you activate the ultimate, meaning it’s a royal mess trying to get the ultimate to even hit your intended targets.

That doesn’t excuse a skill just plain not working at all, but it is definitely indicative of the lack of QA for this game.

Same for necromancer legendary node, only way to boost it for a single/dual element is to use 1-2 other glyphs.

There’s so many passives that have been broken for seasons in a row and it’s completely unacceptable considering they are the biggest gaming company in the world.

Exactly.
Everything is about profit and making sure the cash up cosmetics pop up on your screen in the middle of a fight.

BUGGED: “Supreme call of the Ancient” skill rune of “Call of the Ancients” is not generating 10 fury when Korlic is hitting = fury starvation.

BUGGED: “Strategic ground stomp” doesn’t overpower while “Tactical ground stomp” overpowers when i am using “Bone Breaker” - every 12 sec your next “Skill” is guaranteed to overpower.

BUGGED: Strategic rallying cry rune of Rallying cry shout is not working on world bosses.

Did blizzard fire QA team LOL?

The bugged list is endless and growing everyday. Its an epidemic. One I have found:

Aura of Lament slows enemies but does not count for psyche coven stack so is coven not counting some powers CCs?

I’m glad I wasn’t drinking anything when I read that, else surely I’d have soiled my monitor & keyboard :slight_smile: I mean, if anything I’m sure they’ll get an AI right on it, meaning Season 8 will be ever so exciting :frowning:
