Had collected about 30+ chaos armors between T1-T3 (including the obligatory 5 piece of mother’s embrace), none of them weapon based. Had run hordes and bosses.
Hit T4, do a couple hordes, get my first two weapon-based armors. Coincidence or what?
Coincidence. It’s purely random. I got one for a weapon for my SB in T1 which I just ended up destroying because I would never use it.

The first chaos for my SB was Kebelke so, it’s probably just your back luck

My 2nd one was a Rotting Lightbringer. Though, I have to add, I never found a second one in 200 paragon levels. They do seem more rare.
