Arcadia Pants are bugged. They are not registering healing and therefore not initiating the fortify from Rally. I have met several other people in game now who are having the same issue.
I can relate to same issue. Makes my Paladin squishy because i cannot use them.
We need a hotfix @blizzard.
I have 3 of ARCADIA unique pants. I cannot equip any of them, striped down with no armor on. Is there a reason why?

Its not just a PC issue, happening on PS5 as well… both the Arcadia pants and the Kel rune are not fortifying when healing. Paladins are lacking ways to fortify when using Judgement or Disciple skills, fixing these pants or rune would be a huge help for this class which has been getting hit hard since the season after its realize.
