Because i cant submit ticket to blizz i write here and EXPECT a blizzard employee to look at this. MY arbiter duration is 54 seconds. My cd on it is 49,57.
Yet my arbiter duration RUNS OUT 20 SECONDS BEFORE THE CD ON MY ABILITY DOES. This is so freaking bad and makes my T4 tormented bosses unbeatable.
I’m not able to replicate this.
The only way I can cause something similar to happen is if I don’t meet the requirements of the Relentless legendary paragon node.
This bug happens when im fighting tormented bosses in T5 with the bloodied sigils. Happend when i met Varshan where my arbiter went out but my CD had 20 seconds left. When i tried it outside by just activating arbiter it looked normal. This was before i had relentless rune unlocked.
As a test, I fought Bloodied Urivar, Bloodied Zir, and regular Varshan. I still wasn’t able to reproduce this. If there is a bug, it’s something that’s fairly rare, which means it would be difficult to fix.
This consistently happens with my partner’s character in bloody torment or liar boss content.
We will randomly find her character out of arbiter even though she has more duration than cool down. This has to be fixed. it practically make pushing higher content impossible as losing arbiter is a massive change in DPS and survivability.
She is playing a judgement hammerdin.
Seeing that it’s not easily reproducible, having a sequence of steps that reliably triggers it will help.
I dont know how to describe it more accurately but it always runs of out arbiter a few seconds before it should but whenever i met bloodied varshan it really just went out super fast after half of the duration was complete and i used falling star it just like overwrites my current arbiter duration and renewed it with falling stars duration. Terribly sorry for late repsonse but i can only reply one time each day.
I believe it has to do with falling star also giving arbiter but if you use it when you have low arbiter duration left or if you use too many abilites at once with falling star it just updates arbiter with the new arbiter duration from falling star.
