I have eagerly anticipated the game, which is not widely known in Arab countries. If only the texts and backgrounds were translated, it would be sufficient for us to understand the story. I can play and enjoy it, although I may not fully comprehend every detail.
Therefore, I hope your esteemed team will consider making the game accessible to a wider audience. I frequently inquire with my colleagues and groups about the possibility of Arabic language support in Diablo 4. Unfortunately, the responses I receive are always negative, which is disappointing. However, as a game fan, I wanted to bring this topic to your attention. Adding Arabic language support could greatly contribute to the game’s recognition and will make it more popular in Arab countries.

I don’t think investing in 3rd world countries is profitable for Blizzard.
Such an ignorant comment.

Maybe you’re ignorant to think there is $ to be made in those 3rd world countries.
There’s some Arab countries that are as Americanized as any part of America. And there are some that aren’t.

Don’t feed the troll folks. Meaning the guy who has no idea about the huge differences between Arabic speaking areas.
Much like parts of the US have no running water or plumbing and other folks live in sky scrapers with all their tech turning on by voice command.
The world, or regions of it, are not monocultures.
As for the OP, your English is quite good. I am sure you will do well with the game in English. I don’t really think Blizzard’s games fit the cultural guidelines in much of the Arabic speaking world, but the forums certainly are the right place to leave a suggestion.

It isnt only about the money
D4 has portuguese dub and sub
Bc brazil only has a population of over 200m, which is also a 3rd world country
Your example, saudi arabia has only 35m, according to google
Stop seeing racism/discrimation where there isnt
Who said anything about racism?
I am arguing the fact that the poster stated arabic countries are “third world” so there is “no point in supporting” said language because “blizzard won’t make money”. That is flat out ignorance and 100% completely untrue.
Maybe it is you that only sees racism, because i said absolutely nothing about that topic. Or maybe you fools do not understand what a “third world” country is.

And he is right about that point
Not 100% bc there are always exceptions to the rule
The gdp in arab countries is very very low
And i agree this problably isnt the only reason
Another factor that could be also a reason is that blizz couldnt find a trustworthy local studio to do the dub and sub job
I mentioned racism/discrimination bc they are basically the same thing
calling brazil 3rd world is pretty racist/ethocentrist.
Trust me
Born and raised here
Thanks for proving my point misscheetah.
People in Arab speaking countries are smart with their money. They would not waste it on a boring game like Diablo 4.
well they will most likely ban a game with this kind of thematic background due to their socio-economic rules and beliefs, and even if they have all the $$, restrictions may be hard to change I guess.
I think she was instead referring to the notion that there are places in the world dominated by religion, culture and traditions which literally forbids them from consuming music, games, movies, etc…
I mean, in 2016 a young individual was beheaded for listening to Western music.
Movies, shows and games are altered to be sold in some of these regions so that it complies with their views of the world.
