Apparition Incursion event failed to progress despite filling the meter to summon the second apparition. No matter how many mobs were killed the timer kept ticking while the meter remained full.
I Only experienced this bug in Torment IV.
I’ve noticed this too. 3 times now though I’m only on Penitant.
