I kinda want to try this out on my eternal character, Blighted Corpse Explosion and Azurewrath to constantly spam freeze status. Anyone try it yet?
Blighted CE does not have the lucky hit chance it once had.
If your main goal with the build is to freeze by procing Azurewrath you are much better off with Bone Spear or even Blight.
Ugh Blizz breaking all the builds. Hate it.
