As the title says, i cant get this recipe to drop. I have gotten the legendary recipes for every other tempering recipe for my barbarian but this recipe, which i need for my build refuses to drop. Has anyone else had this problem?
I am more and more convinced that the tempering system is not RNG.
Got 3 Maces with GA for strength this evening. Not once in 15 tries did I get Bash cleaves for damage. If anything, got the same affix 5 times in a row on 1 mace which has a probabilty of 1/4^5=1/1024 chance.
Over the weekend, tried to get a specific temper on a Bow for the rogue, and same thing happened, exact same temper 5 times in a row, and same pattern happened on 2 separate occations over the last 4-5 days.
I can accept a 0.001 chance to occur, but 4-5 times in the last week is ridiculous.

I was able to get the recipe by running a WT4 NMD.
The trick most people use for a temper recipe is Ice Beast NMD. There’s loads of elites in that dungeon, you will most likely get nearly any temper recipe you are ever looking for on any class in 1-2 runs. I promise dude, just try it
