Hello everyone,
Im trying to see if there are any ways to get Ice Shards to apply chill without having to use the Frost Bolt enchantment. Ive looked over a lot, and I’m not finding an easy way.
Anyone got some info that I cant find?
Can always use the frostburn unique that allows all skills to apply chill
I have that unique, however, I don’t see it applying chill, I see it freezing. Unless I’m reading something incorrectly.
My “trick” is that I use Blizzard now.
Blizzard over something then Ice Shard it.
Also use the Aspect that has 50% chance to spread crowd control and now you’re applying chill to stuff…
I know it’s not the answer you want, but doing this made me so much less mana starved.

This is why we need 3 enchantment slots like there was in the alpha.

Apologies for the gloves mixed up with the boots that can chill with the frost patch it leaves behind
tbh, Ice Shards should probably chill at Baseline. It’s silly they do not.
I’d change Frostbolt enchantment to increase chilling.
the reason for this is because chill isnt visible and you are seeing it freeze because freeze is 100% chill application so after hitting them enough it freezes them
