Just got to 100 with my 1st character since game launched can’t beat uber Lilith so just gonna start new don’t want play seasonal any help on where can I get barb leveling build Not seasonal, I went to D4 builds, maxroll and icy veins so far they all have seasonal builds, please suggest or link the build for leveling barb, thank you…
Most people aren’t playing on eternal so I doubt you’ll get much help for that.
There are quite a number or barb builds prior to Seasonal start date that shows eternal realm builds. Just search Barb Builds and look at the published date, anytime it is prior to season start date, you should have a good accurate built that does not have seasonal items.

There really isn’t that much difference in my ER and Seasonal Build with the exception Barber is OP AF. My ER is same but I have Skulls in Jewelry…

Those websites you listed are good for resources and baseline build guides - though some might be proper ‘end game’ or pinnacle boss builds, I would think most are based on theorycrafting and obvious specs(irdk efficacy as I don’t follow them). This is based upon discussion I’ve had with friends(and posts I’ve read) who comment on the Builds listed therein and how they perceive the builds listed on said sites.
My suggestion to you is to search Youtube for content creators who have spent many many hours crafting a build or builds with the Class you are seeking assistance with and have actually completed the content you are looking to complete yourself.
You’ll see them in action against Lilith or high Tier nmd etc, hear their commentary and see all the tweaks they’ve made, tips and so on.

on Maxroll.gg with thier build guides the seasonal info is extra…as in you can ignore it if playing on eternal. That seasonal stuff is temporary and for that season only.
Just start a new build on or wait a few weeks till season 2 starts.
I know but with the blizzard buffing and nerfing everything constantly I’m just not sure if those builds still viable…
bleed ww barb is not exactly working great on ER, nmd 100 feels like a job rather than a rush.
id say they are quite different in terms of performance, the build might be the same but barber super charged a lot of weak builds
just level seasonal as it would be quicker and more efficient. then when season ends it gets sent to eternal.
