Login freeze issue. Started a few weeks ago and no access.

Try renaming or deleting the LocalPrefs file located in Documents\Diablo IV.
See if that gets around it. Make sure to exit the launcher beforehand.

I am having the same issues, it battle.net starts up and goes black. tried reinstalling it and no good Help!!!
So weird that doing this made my game experience entirely different … went from the game being laggy and buggy … with constant freezing and crashes … to running perfectly fine once I deleted that file. Is there a fix coming for this for other people with the same issues?
That file contains all the initial settings for the game. Sometimes after updates and patches the game can get kind of wonky and removing that file can force a reset to game defaults which sometimes can fix issues. It’s not a fix for everything but it helps sometimes.

I would have to say no, its not normal.
So you clear the file, it lets you play fine, till you close out and try to play again later then its back to the same thing?
It must not like something about your setup.
You probably should pull the latest FenrisDebug file from the game installation folder (from the latest time it failed to work) and copy the contents to pastebin.com where you can create a share of the file so I can review it to see if there is a setting that we need to adjust to fix the issue properly.
AFK for about 2 months, try to log back check anything new but I’m having same issue here on XSX, got stuck at login screen without any info pop up, never happened b4, any idea???
