This is Iron Hold NM 100. It’s a No Potions Challenge against Banshees + Armor Breakers + Blood Blisters.
It took my Sorc less than 8 minutes to complete it. My Sorc tanked and killed all the green mobs it can see.

I see a lot of cheese and running away and very little actual tanking. The few times that they do hit you they instantly destroy your barrier and take you down to 20% HP.

lol yeah was waiting for sorc to face tank and have a 5s non-stop exchange of blows with mob. Not getting whiffed on and jumping away with tail in tow.
Also… another NMD with mob like Pallid Delve, one of those barbarian leap would spell the end of dear sorc here if it connects.
Oh I got recordings of that where I survived those jumps. It depends on the build. Most Sorc builds will die from those jumps like the Executioner. Also in Charnel House, you would see it, but I have survived those jumps multiple times with this build. I am not even running with my most tanky build in this video.
My glass cannon build doesn’t survive 100% of the time when those hit me.
And so for you tanking means just standing for 5s? So if I got a vid with my Sorc standing for 5 seconds at least and fighting, you will be satisfied or do I hear more excuses?
Lol. Where exactly is the cheesing? Cheesing is when you drop Hydra and run 10 screens away. Of course they will drop my hp. But the point is I survived and killed them. I didn’t use potions here. If you think it’s easy as in cheesy, try it then. Words are easy but let’s walk the talk.
A normal Hydra Sorc build even if they drop those Hydras won’t even last a second or two. Remember this is a No Potions and Armor Breakers challenge.
You’re using hydra, which is bugged. Good luck replicating this when Blizzard inevitably fixes the bug.
Hydra is indeed bugged as in scaling. Hydra is for the damage.
Hydra alone won’t allow you to do this.

If you guys think it’s all the Hydra that’s making this work, I wanna see a video of you guys doing this just with Hydra lol. Or present any Hydra build (don’t copy mine of course but it’s freely visible in YouTube btw)

I would show you my video doing it, but after I casted my hydra I went 10 rooms over to do something else and forgot to press the record button. I assumed the hydra finished the job but couldn’t tell since blizz disconnected me for inactivity after coming back home.
Nice video, not sure why some have singled out the tanking side of things and ignored that you done it without potions and with them dreaded banshees 
I done my first solo level 97 last night, tried many times to craft a 100 but it didn’t happen so 97 Mercy’s Reach it was.
It was pretty nerve racking but as long as i took care and know when to retreat it was all fine UNTIL i met the end boss, i stupidly forgot to change my enchant to frostbolt and shatter too avalanche…
Well that ended up in a long boss fight and plenty of potions 
Done it using Ice Shard build on Eternal with just one death near the beginning so not that bad i suppose.

But yeah, probably just a title thing. Call it no potion sorc take down and it’s 11/10 again.

Or, instead, since you seem to claim hydra isn’t that important, why don’t you post a video accomplishing the same challenge without hydra? I bet you can’t.
Mine has no problems surviving the executioner jumps in fact I think the latest time I had three jump me at the same time and I managed to survive, but I pretty much picked up all of the chilled and burning damage absorption perks and I have tons of damage absorption in my gear also.
So it can be done.

Yep it can be done. He’s probably wrote that just to discredit things for the sake of discrediting. But I understand his frustrations too. I had been killed a million of times with my glass cannon Sorc with that Executioner. It’s like a magic ouch of death.
Last night I managed to get a Pallid Delve sigil but I was hoping an Armor Breaker affix.
I held back on the 2nd part because of the Corpse Bows. I could be more aggressive but I wanna preserve my 0 deaths lol.
Yeah sometimes we need some bait titles. As cringy as it is, but it works. Otherwise I won’t be playing Diablo if I was purely playing for logical reasons

So you concede that a broken skill is integral to your build/playstyle. Kinda invalidates the point of all of your videos. That’s all I needed to hear.
hey man, I love the contect. I cant seem to nail down what the best pvp build is though, can you point me to which one of yours you recommend for high end pvp? I watched a few tournaments and all i know is Ice Blades and Firewall are in there.
