It’s happens so often that I feel like it needs to be reported. It’s happened several times now where I can’t complete the dungeon.
I have encountered this same bug on PS5 in this dungeon as well as a couple others. Resetting the dungeon didn’t fix it with this one, but did work on a different dungeon (unfortunately I can’t recall the name). Very frustrating.
