The principle is also known as Subjective Ignorance…
Hard to plan a build if this crucial aspect has been removed or not. It could be very easy for Blizz to tell us what is happening…but then again, why would they.

Either the notes are incomplete, the notes are just adding to the ptr updates, or some aspects were removed… was watching this aspect as well as cold clip for rogue and neither are in the new notes
I think there’s a set of hell-themed uniques and aspects that aren’t showing up in the notes but hopefully are still in S5, given that they said there are 50+ new ones.
The notes have been updated. New uniques + Anger Management (and other new aspects) are now listed for the 1.5 patch notes:
