Hello Blizzard Team,
I’m currently missing the boss powers from Andariel and Duriel in Diablo 4. I’ve defeated both bosses multiple times solo on World Tier 1, but their powers are still not unlocking. Is this currently a known issue or bug?
I’d greatly appreciate your assistance or any additional information.

have you progressed the seasonal questline?
The character (not account) has to advance far enough in the season questline or it will not get the powers.
If this is an alt that has not started or done the season questline to the point necessary it is most likely your issue. Several posted the same problem and that was the fix.
If it is the same character that has acquired boss powers previously then it is best to post a bug report.
EDIT: had to fix, was not season journey but season questline.
He said he was in Torment 1 (well he said World Tier 1), but I am guessing that is what he meant. That is the only requirement to get Andariel and Duriel…well…and beating them.
Sounds like a bug, unless there is some scenario he is not sharing like “he is in a group and always dead when the boss goes down” but even then it should still give him the power.
My bad its the season questline. If you do not do the first few parts you will not get the boss powers. Happened to a friend and a few others on the forums.
It is per character as well.
You have to get the season questline completed to the point that you unlock the boss slots. I had my clan leader run me on a new hardcore (first time) and i didn’t do the quest line to open the slots so all the boss runs he did (at T4) didn’t unlock them for me. He was nice enough to let me go back and finish it then did the bosses again and POOF! They unlocked.
However, i did figure something out, stand outside the door to the boss and you will get the credit for it and unlock the power even if not in the room.
As far as the Andarial bug for the T4, 5 runs and still didn’t unlock for me. Its the only one that is still unchecked. Not sure if the outside the door trick will work for this too as I havent tried it.
