I completed the Ancient Reservoir, and got invited to a party just as I killed the boss. I teleported to the player, and didn’t check whether I got the codex until later. The codex for that dungeon never showed up. I thought it was me, so I reran the dungeon, but nothing. How do I correct this?
I have the same problem, finished it a few times already and still no codex
