Ancient Cavern Dark Ravine last Slay the Favored not spawning

I’m, in the Dark Ravine and the last Slay the Favored will not spawn.

I’m running into this same bug on battle.net. I’ve reset the instance and same problem.

Same issue here, will try resetting dungeons to see if that makes a difference. Level 47 Rogue

Reset dungeon. It spawned a new pathing, all 3 Favored spawned this time.
