Why cant I find any ancestral item drops? I finishes the campaign and did pit 20. So running torment 1. And also 2 (finished pit 35) but when i run helltide or nightmare dungeons i only get legendary power 750. I dont get any ancestral drops. Can someone explain please?

Not just Ancestral Items for me
I played for ~30 hours (in T2/T3) over the last several days and I’ve gotten 5 ancestral items to drop in that time that each had terrible affixes. Pretty frustrating. I honestly think I might be ready to call it for the season since the thought of grinding for who knows how many hours to maybe have 2-3 ancestral items that I can actually use (with ridiculous drop rates mixed with tempering and MWing) just doesn’t sound appealing. Overall, I liked many of the changes from the expansion but loot and difficulty scaling feels pretty bad/off.
Try to run undercity but don’t offer anything yet, the chest at the end seems to be broken rn and is always empty, play legion and boss ladder.
Already got some stashes of ancestral legs and a few ancestral uniques.
They started dropping on T2 for me, but I really started farming on T2 and just did a few runs on T1. Maybe a few dropped there too.
Even got one with two greater affixes.
On T3 currently but farming mats for more runs.
I can’t remember how much ancestrals came from helltides, but if there were many, I could remember xD
After purchasing Vessel of Hatred, my Ancestral drop rate went to about 1% of what it was (Torment 4). I use to get one every few minutes - now, its once or twice a day. It will be the reason I quit.
