I just ran 3 different lair bosses on Torment II without a single ancestral item dropping, meanwhile my party member had 5 drop per run. This can’t be right.
It’s a luck thing. Maybe trying a little more than 3 tries to make a complain.

Yes, you’re right. There are no rules for complains. I’m sure there is a bug with your license or something else. You should have got at least 3 mythics with such those huge amounts of runs. Have you tried to reinstall the game? If it s already done, you should ask the support.
