Ancestral Force

So Ancestral Force used to be 116% on my two-handed mace, and its now 30%. I’ve read the Dev notes, but how the he11 am I supposed to beat Uber Turdith now? Where I used to do max 2.5mil to 5mil hits, is now 600k-1.5mil. Are all enemies now easier to kill because of this mod?

The damage drop you are seeing is not the change to Ancestral Force but Critical Strike Damage and Vulnerability. You will notice a significant decrease due to this, but Enemy Health and Damage should have been adjusted to compensate. Did it adjust proportionately? No probably not with your same stats and gear. This is one of the major complaints for ER players specifically. All of that gear should get replaced since CSD and Vuln Damage stacking are additive now. More than likely, that isn’t the most efficient bucket for you and Damage While Berserking, Damage to Close Enemies, and Strength are better investments.

Also, you need to carefully read the change. The Aspect was not doing anything for the HoTA damage, only the shockwave Quake damage. This is now boosting your HoTA damage and your HoTA damage is correctly being applied to your Shockwaves.
