Legendary aspect problem in VoH

Progression on upgrading your build’s legendary aspects has stalled due to changes in Vessel of Hatred. There are several factors contributing to this problem. There has been a significant increase in the number of legendary aspects. The increased drop pool means less likely to obtain the desired aspects.
