When equipping an Amulet with +total armor - the item is not proc’ing
Actually, funnily enough, it’s actually reducing total armor, rather than increasing.

oh maybe i’m using the wrong term! I just mean when i equip an Amulet with +4.8% Total Armor, my total armor stat doesn’t increase. In this case it is actually is decreasing which is super weird.
