Like the titel says isnt a double crit on the Amplify dmg passive On the Bloodmoon Breaches masterwork supposed to go to +4 instead of staying on +3? it would mean that crits past the 1st one are totally useless and that cant be right right?

I saw posts of people getting +12 to skills… But only if you got the first bonus 25%
I rerolled my +skill items like 5+ times until I got it. I haven’t bothered on doubles yet.
+3 on mine +5% per level x 7 is 35% +25% for masterwork … So 60% total with Masterwork.
So if you were to round up before the second Masterwork 25 it means nothing?
