Among the Stars Mount Issue

I noticed in Kyovashad that my mount would get stuck in certain areas near the teleporter and blacksmith areas. I checked to see if it was the new armor I had found (Khejistani) or the mount I had purchased (Polaris of the Celestial Mount Set) which I had been wearing in the included clip.
After verifying game files and changing a setting to try and make the Kheji mount armor look better (the texture is very flat and ugly on the sides even after several restarts,) I’ve found that the Polaris mount I purchased was the item getting stuck in those areas in Kyovashad.
I tested this area with a couple other mounts/armor and could not recreate the issue. I then rode the Polaris mount with no saddle and it was getting stuck in said areas. It was not consistent with where in those areas it was sticking, and to my companion, it looked as though I had just stopped moving, as opposed to my stuttering walk in the clip.

Edit: I have not seen this same issue yet in other areas.

Same problem here. Polaris mount goes through certain objects, and gets stuck in other places altogether. I can actually get on my Polaris mount and walk into the middle of the giant hole on the world boss! Other times I can’t interact with items while riding the mount, such as opening chests or flipping slain bodies. Definitely a mount problem!

On top of that and besides Blizzard sold us practically unusable mount - it is not refundable according to the response I’ve got to my ticket…
Could you imagine that in RL?! GG Blizz!

It’s not completely unusable, it just gets annoying when it gets stuck now and again. I agree that if people want a refund though they should be able to get it, no good selling faulty product!
