AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D temperature problem

Hi Guys,
since I installed this update 2.0.2c Build #58657 the CPU temperature rises by 10/12°C after about 20/30 minutes of gameplay, for no apparent reason, after a few minutes it drops again, and the more time passes in the game, the more frequently it does so and the duration increases more and more until it reaches the point that the game remains fixed at this too high temperature.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D CPU updated chipset
NVIDIA RTX4090 GPU updated driver
64GB RAM

I have always played with maximum settings using the automatic setting of the NVIDIA app

what could be the problem?
