205hour game time, paragon 268, yet NONE of my apprehension / redirected force / menacing / interdiction / fell soothsayer / unyielding hit / moonrise / plains power / binding morass has a full roll. NONE! Am I asking a lot? NOT EVEN ONE! In fact most of them are still at 750 level.

Are you salvaging all your ancestral drops with a GA?
I feel your pain - its the same for me - not one usable aspect above 16/21 in my codex - no point in playing on, if i won’t max 1 of them out in the first month what hope is there of me maxing the ones i need out in the next 2 months - absolutely none - Big fail Blizz!!
you guys are really patience, i already ranted in the 2nd week with those 16/21 aspects. 
i just got my splintering energy aspect 21/21 yesterday. 
I got a perfect moonrise. Rest are mid

Because you don’t need them. I already completed Pit 150 one week ago and still stay at 16/21. I think will wait for mid season patch to get 21/21
Just out of curiosity are you playing efficiently for drops? If you’re playing in The Pit for example you’re definitely not going to get many item drops so you’re not going to get the results you want no matter how much time you throw at it. To some degree same with Infernal Hordes and other monster rush modes that just don’t have random drop chances in them.
I have little trouble running into ancestral but I also don’t spend a lot of time in places where I can’t get gear drops and am often overwhelmed by them.
I’ve been getting a lot of aspect upgrades today, even from Non-GA.
Maybe they have removed the GA requirement
