Sure I can min max to Pit 120s but actually I couldnt care less.
I have 2 GA Affixes on most my items. Finding a 3GA is unlikely that has all the stats I need. Trading Im too lazy.
I somehow only have fun the first 10 hours of lvl 100

Oh I get bored way before that. That’s why I play HS battlegrounds and cruise the forums instead.

No but I get bored of my build til I get the full GA items I need.

And no, you are not the only one that gets bored when your character is built out and upgrades come once in a blue moon.

It’s probably why I don’t really do anything “endgame.” My summoner is destroying the open world, but once it gets to “do the difficulty on an arbitrary number setting” I kind of tune out. It’s not about easy or hard, really, it’s more to the point that doing pit 60 vs 100 vs 200 it’s all just a number. Same pit, different arbitrary number. I’m fine with just mowing things on 0 difficulty because there’s no there there to do it at a harder difficulty. Maybe I get a few more drops, but all that would do is cause me to max out faster and then quit again.
Heck if I’m not pushing the pit then I don’t even really need to worry about tempering (which is the only way I can deal with it) or masterworking (honestly same because it’s so damned expensive). I have levels and I have paragon, and my gear is merely okay and far from maxed. That’s what keeps me playing, it’s not so I can do 10 more levels of the same content and think anything has changed.
I like leveling (only 76 so a bit more to go) but once I have everything 925 with okay stats (not even perfect and maybe one greater affix) I’m going to start feeling the treadmill effect. These types of games really don’t know what to do with themselves other than make hundreds of levels of difficulty and hope people just want to see number go up. It’s an issue, for sure, not sure if it’s the OPs issue but it’s certainly mine if we’re just talking about ways to get bored.
Play sorc and you won’t have this problem.
I sometime waver on that. Sometimes I hit wall before I get a build to be at its full potential. So, I quit the season. Other times, I might switch a class and still others I might go about trying to somewhat perfect my build or might mess with paragon board to see what I might change to make the build better or worse.
Guides aren’t all they’re cracked up to be after all.
