4 paragon points, 100 max orbol capacity, and 68 of each stats.
Source: Trust me bro. (Also the fact character sheet says item contribution 68 for my strength when my gear gives 0 strength)

There’s 160 altars in total. 4 of which are paragon points, 20 of which are max orbols.
That leaves 136 altars for stats, divided by 4 stats which is 34, times 2 because it gives 2 of the stat each, 68 of each stats.

Yeah I had picture on off screen, did them while exploring the map for completion and doing side quests.

What you’re thinking of is the +5 max orbol capacity altars.

So, personal experience here, roughly 45 minutes per Act zone. It’s not bad, just slightly tedious. Some are in Strongholds which is why it takes a little longer. I clear those while I’m there.
If you remove your gear it will tell you in the ‘item contribution’. It is 68 for the base stats, 100 orbols and the rest are paragon points.
