So my few simple questions:
1.) Where are the patch notes (guess living in germany will make me wait a whle longer?)
2.) Would you guess there could be some unanounced features in those patchnotes that make me want to log in a little more again (maily pointed towards loot - the current system just doesnt create those “Darn yes!” or “one more run!” or “woooooooooooooooot!!!” moments at all ----- all this bloated stats, the fact that 725 is basically max power level (yes i know weapons is a little different) and much more just kill the “funny grind and lootchase”
Am i just a spoiled kid when i expect a 70 Euro game giving me a little more to do as to play a decent story? I mean even those littly titles out there (Wolcen, Poe, GrimDawn, Last Epoch) offer more to do as what i get in a HUGE AAA title?

Not spoiled at all, but spot on. There is nothing exciting about loot grind in this game at all. Almost all other decent arpgs i played i get alot of thrilling moments when stuff drops, just do one more run in case i can get that and that drop etc. In d4 its just nonexistant. Loot hunt is completely trash here.

I live in Italy and its almost 12pm. i gotta wait till tonight 8pm (i think) to see the patch notes

Patch notes will be as follows:
- We have removed the ability to trade between HC, non-HC, NLD and LD characters. This time we will not remove gold and items obtained in this way but in the future we may take such action.
We detected that only 5 accounts took advantage of this bug.

I think for us (Europeans) it will be at midnight because of timezones.
Last time they released patch notes, I had to cry myself to sleep. I hope they release them after midnight today so that I can get a good night’s restful sleep

8PM or 9PM, not sure cause summer zone sometimes kinda complicates things 
I think you don’t need to wait longer since it gets released worldwide.
Shadow nerfs and countless of new bugs, it’s baffling how people are looking forward to the patch.

They are released in US time.
8 in the evening for you is around 11 or so in the morning for the US
There’s always some shadowy stuff that’s not mentioned. For example, nerf to sorc mana pool. That was a sly one.
why do you bother? it’s not that the patch is coming today or tomorrow. so patch notes can come today at whatever time or even tomorrow, it changes nothing at all. it is far before the patch is released anyway, more than enough to think, adjust, curse etc. irrelevant is still irrelevant.
Well I’d like to read it. It’s intersting that’s why I want to read it sooner.
