Almost two weeks since the season started, and I still have not received my accelerated battle pass

I have had a ticket conversation open with them since they responded (which took 6 days). Without boring you all w/ the entirety of my conversation with Blizzard’s “Game Master” department, here are the bullet points.

• This is due to some bug they aren’t sure how to fix yet.
• The bug admittedly affected multiple accounts (there’s multiple threads on the tech support forums - some of which have hundreds of comments).
• They have no timeline for when they will be able to fix the affected accounts and make them right.
• They have denied any partial refund saying that their department doesn’t have the capability.
• They have denied any full refund even when suggesting to take the product out of my library.

They have told me there is nothing more that their “game master” department can do, and that those affected will all just have to wait until the devs get around to fixing it.
I’ve filed a complaint and plan on disputing the charge w/ my bank. I’ve held on for years, but I’m done w/ this company - not just for this one issue mind you. The grossest part of all of this is that I didn’t even want this battle pass system in the game, but I went along w/ it anyway after they made it such an integral part of season play.
