I’m not sure if this is a bug, or just an error for the tooltip. However, I purchased 30 allowance caches once I hit level 50, as the tooltip says I can use them from level 1-50. I quickly clicked on 20 of the caches, not really paying attention to if items were dropping, but no items dropped. I wasted so many seasonal materials for nothing.
How do I get these items refunded?

I found the issue, apparently you can’t open them in Torment 3 or above. Sure would have been nice to know this prior to spending 2k+ materials.
