Right now the horse slows down in town, which costs so much time.
Solution: Allow the players to run with the horse through town at full speed. It would contribute to a good game flow.
There is no reason not to do that, because there aren’t any signs for speed limit in town that would prohibit that.

They did allow you to sprint in town on horse. But yea I did notice it slows down leaving and entering town. Might be a bug.
Wouldn’t call it a bug, just an oversight, as the same thing happened prior to allowing us the ability to sprint in towns. If you came in full speed before you’d be immediately slowed down to a crawl going into any town before the patch. They just never changed it is all.
