All the same complaints from the last year...just new complainers

I am not one to stop someone from complaining, as complaining is a basic human right. But for all these people who think they just came up with the best new idea ever, I don’t know what to tell them. They have ALL already been suggested and ignored.

So enjoy the forum, complain your heart away, but expect zero results. ZERO, especially from things that other people have been complaining about since launch.

So you are saying that multiple people across the passing of almost 2 years seem to pop up and make similar complaints.

So multiple unrelated people play the game and come up with the same pain points.

So those pain points, that multiple unrelated people have raised across almost 2 years, are not there and blizzard ignoring it seems to be the proper way to go about it, based on your post.

Your ego is also up there that you felt the need to make this post. To point out that multiple unrelated people are spotting the same problems and raise their concerns. So it seems that the problems are right there. Or everyone is stupid.

You just ignore them for whatever reason, blizzard ignores them because money and incompetence, but you somehow feel so good about it that you made the decision to make a post about it.

Your post just says there are problems and they are ignored. Just with some sprinkled ego. And your iq is just not there to understand it. Its actually hillarious to even read this.

tl;dr: get a raise or a better job. you seem in a desperate need for one.

Actually his post fully acknowledges these complaints overlapping, but states at the bottom that nothing will change. If anything they are putting the blame on Blizzard and calling them out for it. That’s how I took the post anyway, based on the entirety of the post.

I thought it was a pretty straight forward post that did not need summarizing, but thanks for playing.

What is hilarious is that you don’t see the hypocrisy in your admonishment. And then you equate low IQ with low paying jobs. Not sure what planet you live on, but that’s not how it works. Anyway, glad I amused you. You amused me too.

my default reaction is always to make personal attacks first and ask questions later…

I feel you OP but I need to vent my annoyance whether anyone hears/actions it or I am screaming into the void is of little consequence to me :stuck_out_tongue:

Anyone still here after no blue posts for 1 year knows this is a forgotten wasteland where ideas go to die but we try anyways…

Don’t remember that right enshrined in any constitutional document, anywhere. But maybe I should go back and re-read the Magna Carta.

Bliz could close this forums down tomorrow and there is nothing anyone could do about it.

I mean… here’s one 13 days ago.

It is not a human right. It is a human need. To complain is to live!

But that is how we want it. Some ideas are absolutely incompatible with other ideas, i.e. faster loot cannot also be slower loot, so if one is upset with the game’s pace one will find themselves disappointed as the game is clearly not going in that direction. However there have been player based changes made like Helltides. If you’re new you never knew that they didn’t last 55 minutes originally. You also didn’t know the original drop rates (which over time even the older playerbase forgets) and so forth and so on.

So, it’s okay to complain, and it is okay that you don’t get your way too but coming forth and thinking that because you did not get your way you were ignored and abused or dejected is not really correct either. The game can’t be everything for everyone. True of every game really. It’s better to focus your complaints on things that are open items than obviously closed ones.

My guess is paid not to. I seem to recall WoW CMs getting in trouble for that.

I think the idea of an ever-evolving game just lends more credence to complaints because look - they might change it! as opposed to a more fixed game like Dragon Quest 3.

I used to have a friend that worked at Blizzard for a few years, they were told it was pretty much forbidden to engage with the players unless otherwise authorized. Such as interviews, preplanned events, being a community manager, etc. Depending on the offense, it would be a write up for sure, or termination depending on the severity and/or how many times they had done it previously.

Those who are allowed to speak have to follow very specific guidelines as they obviously represent the company. At no time are you allowed to reveal you work at Blizzard in game or on the forums on a private account for example.

Which is all to say it’s just HR covering their bases. Same can be said for any big game developer, or just companies in general where you don’t want the wrong thing to be said by some random employee.

I always have complaints and/or suggestions but lately I’m far more content than usual.

I checked and I am the same complainer I was last year…

Cool story, but it’s obvious you made it all up as it means absolutely nothing, when anyone starts off with " I used to have a friend that worked at Blizzard" is a tell, don’t be a full-time liar in posts

This just means nothing got fixed so people gave up on complaining so those that have had enough now fill the void. KInda noticing a pattern here.

I used to have two friends that worked at Blizzard when they had an support center in Texas. They were both remote in-game GMs for WoW. At that time, you didn’t file a ticket and wait for a Customer Service response - you chatted live with an actual GM. I don’t know if that’s still how WoW works these days.

They both absolutely hated it. They said 70% of the time it was talking with players that didn’t read a quest, 25% complaining about another class/pvp, and 5% actually reporting something even remotely meaningful.

Nailed it. The same complaints keep returning over and over again with only different people.

Makes the whole “we’re listening to player feedback” meme so much more hypocritical. I wish more people in here would be able to see that instead of blaming the players for everything wrong with the game.
