You realize triple crit master working is basically the cornerstone of endgame progression, yeah? If you want to reach certain breakpoints and do the highest available content, you need to triple crit your gear.

Exactly, the whole thing is multi-stack RNG and it is everywhere! Gear type, affix, affix-value, GA, tempering, masterworking… and: RNG on skills and aspects! Just look around how many skills, passives, etc have “chance %” in it, it is beyond annoying. On top of the already complex combat of vuln, crit, overpower, lucky hit, dmg on tuesdays, etc nonsense you have chance to daze, freeze, stun, execute elite, etc, etc, etc.
D4 does not want you to have predictability in anything.
I just want to point out that they are not “slowing people down” with everything being so nerfed into the ground. They make them not getting there at all. It’s not slowing. It’s just shutting the door because RNG is just too severe to force through it.
