I am -VERY- pleased to see a buff to Blood Lance. It was so terribly underpowered.

I hope he’s incorrect on some of that, most of the aspects have had all damage removed.

Sorcerer defense was nerfed heavily.

Its kinda hard to be wrong on information pulled straight from the game files themselves.

As long as the source is entirely reliable. Thats the thing, but it seems pretty legit.

When a segment of Bone Prison is destroyed or expires, it deals 0% damage in an area around itself.

Create desecrated ground beneath your Sever spectres as they travel, damaging enemies for 0 Shadow damage over 2.0 seconds.

Bone Spear leaves behind echoes as it travels that explode, dealing 0% damage.

While you have 7.0 or more Minions you gain: • Lucky Hit: Up to a 10.0% chance to empower all of your Minions, causing the next attack from each to explode for 0 Physical damage.

When a Dark Shroud shadow would be removed you trigger an explosion around yourself that deals 0 Shadow damage.

Lucky Hit: Damaging a Poisoned enemy with a Shadow Imbued Skill has up to a 75% chance to create a toxic explosion that applies 0 Poisoning damage over 5.0 seconds to the target and surrounding enemies.

Lucky Hit: Your Marksman Skills have up to a 10.0% chance to create an arrow storm at the enemy's location, dealing 0 Physical damage over 3.0 seconds. You can have up to 5.0 active arrow storms.

Each Chilled or Frozen enemy you Evade through grants you a Barrier that absorbs 0% damage for 5.0 seconds, absorbing up to a maximum of 0% damage.

Explosions from the Victimize Key Passive Heal you for 0 Life for each enemy damaged, up to a maximum of 0 Life.

Each stack of the Momentum Key Passive Heals you for 0 Life per second.

Meteorites fall around Meteor, dealing 0 Fire damage on impact. Your Meteorites additionally Burn enemies they hit for 0% damage over 6.0 seconds.

While Channeling Incinerate, you periodically shoot embers that are attracted to enemies, each dealing 0 Fire damage.

Upon collecting Crackling Energy, there's a 10.0% chance to release a lightning nova, dealing 0 Lightning damage.


None of that makes any sense. Why would you chose an aspect that does nothing? Ones that have a secondary effect like a stun or chill etc. are still usable. If this is intentional why wouldn’t they just remove the Aspects from the game?

ETA 5/11/23:
ALL of those entries were removed from the sheet. Not adjusted, removed. So who knows if those Aspects are unchanged now or what.

those zero’s could be a calculation field that scales off of base damage and only register as 0 as the base damage was not present to multiply off. 0 X 50 = 0

Holy Barb nerfs. especially to thorns. guess saw that coming from a mile away. Duration to the shouts hurts though :frowning:

So Lets see:

Barb - Still going to be overpowered
Druid: Looks to be heavily buffed and probably silly strong
Sorc: Obliterated
Necro: Obliterated
Rogue: Mix of both, so average and glass cannon still?

Yeah, but everything else was nerfed. Necros are getting a huge nerf, and I think all this changes will put necro at the bottom of the tier list. We’ll have to wait and see, but I feel the nerfs are way too big.

Glad they nerfed endless rage. That was an insane multiplier

I have mixed feeling about these changes. On one hand, I welcome bliz putting effort in balancing classes etc. but then on the other hand, it is worrisome to see they have big swing in numbers while being so close to the release date, which makes you wonder about the actual readiness of the game.

Awesome, looking forward to trying it out with these changes, I’m all for making the game more challenging!

Interested to see what changes were made to legendaries.

Skill nerfs and buffs are just one part of this.

Barb buff was flat 10% toughness or something. Not skill based.

Iron skin is going to be a must. But yeah some pretty rough changes to shouts if true.

Still gonna play Barb.

Seems like a horrible tradeoff for losing a lot of stackable damage reduce in return.

I meant to say the rest of them, as in legendary items.

It also mentions some Uniques, so I guess the Legendaries are included as well.
