I am on my Barb that is lvl 79. I am armor capped (not sure that this matters), but I have 56.5 all resist between my amulet (+gem), and two rings (also gemmed) yet I am showing most of my resists at 11.8%. I don’t understand as I haven’t noticed this with my other classes I have leveled. Not sure if it’s a bug or something in my spec?
World tier 4 has a -50% penalty.

And you won’t get extra resists “for free” like you do on an INT based class.
You’ll get extra armor instead though, so there’s that…
